Moha Traore: Mali-Spain winger joins Montanesa on free transfer
Mali-Spain winger Moha Traore has joined Montanesa on a free transfer from SD Logrones, signing a deal with the Spanish club until 30 June 2027. The 31-year-old right-sided attacker completes his move ahead of the new campaign as Montanesa strengthen their options out wide.
Barcelona-born Traore, who stands at 1.87m and prefers to operate from the right flank, arrives with experience in Spanish football after his spell at SD Logrones in the Segunda Federacion Group II. His switch to Montanesa was finalised on 27 July 2026, with the club opting to bring him in without a transfer fee.
Capable of playing as an attacking winger and cutting in from the right on his favoured foot, Traore offers a physical presence in wide areas. His current market value is assessed at around €50,000, underlining the low-risk nature of the move for Montanesa as they look to add depth to their front line.
Traore, who holds both Malian and Spanish nationality, has yet to feature competitively for his new side this season, with no appearances recorded so far in the Segunda Federacion Group II. He will be aiming to break into the starting XI and contribute goals and assists as the campaign progresses.
The agreement sees Traore tied to Montanesa for the 2026-27 season, completing a free transfer from SD Logrones.
