MLS Champion Joseph Paintsil opens up on good relationship with Ghana coach Otto Addo

LA Galaxy forward Joseph Paintsil has dismissed rumours of a strained relationship with Ghana head coach Otto Addo.

According to him, he has a very good relationship with the Black Stars tactician.

“Otto Addo and I have a nice relationship, not as people think,” Paintsil revealed and added “He texts me and asks how I am doing. I have no issues with him, and I know he has no issues with me. We have a good relationship.”

Joseph Paintsil’s remarks come in response to speculation from sections of the media suggesting discord between the player and the Black Stars coach.

The forward’s statement reassures fans and stakeholders, quelling concerns about internal conflicts within the national team.
