Milan have extended the contract of Serbia defender Strahinja Pavlovic, keeping him at the club for a further five seasons.

Pavlovic, 25, joined Milan in 2024 from Austrian club Salzburg and has since made 80 appearances for the Italian side.

The defender has scored seven goals and provided four assists during his time at Milan. He has also won the Italian Super Cup with the club.

Pavlovic is set to face his former club on Thursday, when Milan play Salzburg in the second round of the Europa League.

Milan currently sit fifth in the Serie A table with 12 points.
