MILAN AC: A YOUNG MOROCCAN REFUSED MEDICAL EXAMINATION

Hachim

AC Milan’s acquisition of the young talent of Moroccan origin, Hachim Mastour, was initially seen as a promising move. Touted as the new Messi, this 14-year-old prodigy was highly sought after by top clubs like Inter, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Juventus, and Manchester City. To secure his services, AC Milan, under Silvio Berlusconi’s leadership, paid €500,000 for the young talent.

In the midst of a challenging economic environment for European football, AC Milan, like many other clubs, is compelled to adopt a more budget-conscious approach. The era of high-profile signings, symbolized by the departure of stars like Thiago Silva and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, has given way to a new strategy focused on lower-cost players and youth development.

Hachim Mastour, with his impressive skills and early comparisons to Messi, seemed like a smart investment for the Rossoneri. However, football is unpredictable, and recent developments have cast doubt on this young player’s immediate future with AC Milan. After undergoing fitness tests that apparently did not meet expectations, the club released a statement indicating that Mastour had not received medical clearance.

The press release stated, “AC Milan indicates that, for the moment, Hachim Mastour has not obtained the agreement of the medical profession. In the coming weeks, the young rossonero will be subjected to new medical tests. As long as he has not been able to complete these fitness exercises, Mastour will not be able to take part in the training of the national cadet team coached by Filippo Inzaghi.” This setback serves as a significant disappointment for Mastour, who now faces the challenge of patiently working towards his dream of donning the Rossonero jersey.
