Michael Agbekpornu on Raja Casablanca radar after Huesca exit
Ghanaian midfielder Michael Agbekpornu, currently without a club, has been linked with a move to Raja Casablanca in Morocco’s Botola Pro Inwi.
The 27-year-old central midfielder left Spanish side SD Huesca on 1 July 2026, five months after joining from Croatian club Slaven Belupo in a €150,000 transfer. His current market value is €300,000, having previously reached €500,000.
Agbekpornu made 25 Premier League appearances and 10 in Spain’s LaLiga2 during his career, while his record in Croatia’s SuperSport HNL stands at 63 appearances, one goal and seven assists. He also made 49 appearances in Albania’s Kategoria Superiore, scoring once and providing one assist.
The Ghanaian began his professional career with Dreams FC before moving to KF Egnatia in 2021. He won the Albanian Cup with Egnatia in the 2022-23 season, then moved to Slaven Belupo in July 2023.
Agbekpornu’s departure from Huesca leaves him available for a new club, with Raja Casablanca now linked with a move for the right-footed midfielder. Any agreement with the Moroccan side has yet to be confirmed.
