According to the Telegraph, Spurs are willing to make a substantial offer for the 20-year-old striker, with Chelsea demanding €25 million for his sale. Tottenham is reportedly ready to meet this demand with a €29.8 million offer, making Lukaku one of their top priorities.
Lukaku’s impressive record of 12 goals in 22 matches has caught the attention of Tottenham, whose president seeks an effective young striker to replace Roberto Soldado. Lukaku is contracted with Chelsea until 2016.
