Oussama Assaidi’s future at Liverpool remains uncertain as the Moroccan winger impresses during his loan spell at Stoke City. According to reports from the British press, Stoke’s manager Mark Hughes is keen on making Assaidi’s stay permanent. Assaidi, who has played 19 matches for Stoke this season, starting 12 of them and scoring four goals, has proven to be a valuable asset.
However, should the two clubs fail to agree on a permanent transfer, the possibility of another loan deal could be explored. Assaidi’s contract with Liverpool runs until June 2016, so the upcoming transfer window could determine whether he remains at Stoke or returns to Anfield.
