Despite speculation in the media suggesting he could depart Marseille this summer, the Togolese international appears firmly rooted at the club. Romao has dismissed any notion of leaving La Cannebière and expressed his contentment with life at the Old Port.
Speaking to RMC, the 30-year-old defensive midfielder confirmed his commitment to OM for the upcoming season. “With the Europa League, it’s definitely easier to retain your players. Personally, I still have two years left on my contract, so I will remain an Olympian next season,” he stated.
