Loïc Rémy has been in exceptional form lately at St James’ Park, delivering standout performances in the Newcastle jersey. His impressive displays haven’t gone unnoticed by other Premier League clubs, particularly the attention of Arsenal’s managers. However, Newcastle is not ready to let go of the French striker just yet.
Currently on loan from Queens Park Rangers to Newcastle with an option to buy this season, Rémy may end up staying in the north of England next season. Alan Pardew, the manager of Newcastle, hinted at this possibility in an interview with the Chronicle.
“Like all strikers, Loïc seeks what is best for himself. He aspires to play regularly for the France national team and to compete in the Champions League. He enjoys being at the club and working with the current staff. I believe he can continue to develop and thrive here, more so than at QPR,” Pardew explained.
