Jérémy Sorbon’s long-standing connection with his training club, Caen, has come to an end. At the conclusion of his contract, the 29-year-old West Indian defender sought a new chapter in his career. Sorbon has signed a two-year contract with Guingamp.
Standing at 1.83 meters, Sorbon is expected to bolster the defensive lineup of EA Guingamp, which has recently been promoted to Ligue 1. Having been trained in Caen, the club he had been associated with throughout his career until now, the defender is making a return to Ligue 1, a league he previously frequented with Malherbe.
The official presentation of Jérémy Sorbon as a Guingamp player is scheduled for the upcoming Monday when the team resumes training.
