Belgian international Kevin de Bruyne has left Chelsea and joined Wolfsburg. The German club officially announced the transfer, revealing that De Bruyne has signed a contract until 2019. The 22-year-old midfielder had limited playing time at Chelsea, making only three Premier League appearances. Wolfsburg, long rumored to be interested in De Bruyne, secured his services for an estimated transfer fee of around 20 million euros.
