Arthur Boka, the Ivorian international full-back, is leaving VfB Stuttgart after more than 7 years in Germany as his contract expires next June. He will be joining La Liga side FC Malaga for the upcoming season.

The Spanish club has secured the services of the left-sided defender from the Ivory Coast for two seasons. Boka, formerly of Beveren, joins Malaga on a free transfer and has signed a contract until 2016.

The 31-year-old defender began his professional career in Belgium with Beveren from 2002 to 2004, followed by two seasons at Strasbourg before moving to Stuttgart in the Bundesliga in 2006. During his time at Stuttgart, Boka made 152 appearances and scored five goals. He was part of the team that won the German championship in 2007.
