Alaixys Romao, the former FC Lorient midfielder, may be among the Olympique de Marseille players departing this summer. José Anigo, a guest on Luis Attaque on Monday afternoon, indicated that there could be more exits than initially anticipated due to Marseille’s disappointing season.
Originally expected to extend his contract and commit to the club long-term, Romao’s departure is now a possibility. Since joining Marseille the day after the successful CAN 2013 in South Africa, the Togolese midfielder, if he does leave in June, will likely seek opportunities with another European club to continue his career.
