The partnership between Olympique de Marseille (OM) and Evian Thonon Gaillard is showing promise once again. Following the summer loan of Senegalese player Modou Sougou and the return of Tunisian player Saber Khalifa, both clubs are now in talks to exchange two other players.
According to Le Dauphiné, OM is negotiating with Evian Thonon Gaillard for the transfer of defender Kassim Abdallah in exchange for Brice Dja Djédjé. Abdallah, who has been criticized for his defensive performances in recent weeks, is expected to leave La Canebière. Evian Thonon Gaillard is reportedly offering him a contract lasting one and a half years.
In return, Ivorian player Brice Dja Djédjé, whose contract expires next June, will move in the opposite direction to OM. Evian Thonon Gaillard will also receive a sum of money in addition to acquiring Dja Djédjé.
