Ivorian midfielder Marc Yoro has signed a three-and-a-half-year professional contract with Istanbul Başakşehir, marking a significant step in the 18-year-old’s career.

Known for his versatility and tactical intelligence, Yoro caught the attention of the Turkish club after impressing in their youth academy.

“Başakşehir had been monitoring Marc for several months,” said his agent Yves Amagbegnon. “His vision, technical skills, and professionalism stood out.

The transfer process was smooth, and the club believes in his potential.

Yoro will initially join the youth team to develop his skills and adapt to Turkish football before targeting a first-team role next season.

Training alongside experienced players like Olivier Kemen and Krzysztof Piątek has bolstered his confidence, and the coaching staff has expressed their trust in his abilities.
