The linchpin of Victor Pereira’s system, Eliaquim Mangala, may be making a move from FC Porto and the Portuguese championship to the Premier League.
According to the Daily Star, the Franco-Congolese central defender has caught the attention of Manchester United, and the Manchester-based club is reportedly impressed with Mangala’s skill set.
Having been with the Dragons since 2011, the contract of the 22-year-old French Espoirs international is set to conclude in June 2016. The potential move to the Premier League would mark a significant transition in Mangala’s career and could see him join the ranks of Manchester United.
