Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has heaped praise on Moroccan international Noussair Mazraoui, emphasizing his intelligence and adaptability as key assets for the club.
Amorim’s remarks came after Manchester United’s draw with Ipswich Town in late November, where Mazraoui delivered a commendable performance in an unfamiliar centre-back role.
“We don’t have too many centre-backs, so we have to adapt some players. I thought Noussair Mazraoui did very well,” Ruben Amorim noted.
He further added, “He is so smart and is so important for us. He can play anywhere, and that kind of player is crucial for our future.”
The Moroccan has showed a lot of promises with the opportunities given by the new manager to play for Manchester United.
Mazraoui is proving to be an invaluable addition to Amorim’s Manchester United side and is expected to featured as a starter in upcoming games.
