Paul Pogba Rules Out Manchester United Return, Eyes Move to Spain
French international Paul Pogba seems to have made up his mind regarding his future. According to the Daily Star, the Juventus midfielder has no plans to return to Manchester United, despite the English club’s keen interest in bringing him back.
A source close to the player told the British outlet:
“He is aware of Manchester United’s interest, but he has no intention of returning there. He is happy at Juventus, but if he decides to leave, he has more prestigious options than Manchester United.”
Among the clubs reportedly tracking Pogba are Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City, and Paris Saint-Germain. According to Mundo Deportivo, Pogba favors a move to Spain, with Real Madrid and Barcelona currently seen as front-runners if he opts to leave Turin.
Still only in his early twenties at the time, Pogba was regarded as one of Europe’s top midfield prospects — and this decision, if confirmed, could set the stage for a blockbuster transfer.
