Manchester United are reportedly targeting El Bilal Touré as a potential striker addition, according to Foot Mercato.
The Mali international, who is currently on loan at Bundesliga side Stuttgart for the 2024-2025 season, has caught the attention of the Red Devils as they look to strengthen their attacking line-up.
With strikers Rasmus Højlund and Joshua Zirkzee struggling to meet expectations at Old Trafford, Manchester United has also considered letting wingerMarcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho leave the club.
Touré’s impressive performances at Almeria earned him a move to Atalanta BC, but after a limited impact, the striker was loaned to Stuttgart, where he has already matched last season’s goal tally. Foot Mercato suggests that the Bundesliga club may trigger the €18m option to make the deal permanent, with a potential resale to Manchester United in the summer for around €25m. The striker could then be loaned back to Stuttgart for the remainder of the season due to his current injury.
This move comes amid United’s struggle to secure deals for other targets like Viktor Gyokeres, Victor Osimhen, and Mathys Tel.
