Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool target Karim Adeyemi in potential €70m transfer battle
Borussia Dortmund forward Karim Adeyemi could be on the move this summer, with the Bundesliga club reportedly open to a sale if their valuation is met.
Adeyemi is under contract until 2027, but talks over a new deal are not believed to be progressing strongly at this stage. Dortmund sporting director Lars Ricken recently made it clear that allowing the player to run down his contract would not be a preferred option for the club.
Reports suggest that a fee in the region of €60–70 million could be enough to secure his signature, a figure considered strong value in the English market.
Premier League Giants Monitoring Situation
According to Teamtalk, three Premier League heavyweights—Manchester United, Chelsea FC and Liverpool FC—are all preparing potential moves for the 24-year-old attacker.
Manchester United are reportedly viewing Adeyemi as one of their priority attacking targets for the upcoming season, while Chelsea are said to have already made contact with his representatives in the past. Liverpool, meanwhile, are exploring options to refresh their frontline with younger talent.
Salary Demands and Transfer Expectations
Adeyemi is also expected to command a significant salary if he moves to the Premier League, with reports suggesting he is seeking around €9 million per year at his next club.
He currently earns approximately €6 million annually at Dortmund, meaning any transfer would likely involve a major contract upgrade alongside the substantial fee.
With interest growing across England, the German club could be set for one of the summer’s biggest transfer sagas if Adeyemi becomes available.
