Manchester City have entered the race to sign highly rated Ivorian winger Yan Diomande as they continue to assess attacking reinforcements ahead of the upcoming transfer window.
According to Sky Sports, the Premier League champions are closely monitoring Diomande, alongside Eli Junior Kroupi, as part of their recruitment strategy.
Diomande, who currently plays for RB Leipzig, has become one of the most sought-after attacking talents in Europe.
His performances have attracted strong interest from top clubs including Liverpool FC, Bayern Munich, and Manchester United, with his market value reportedly around €100 million.
The Ivorian winger has enjoyed an impressive campaign, scoring 13 goals and registering seven assists in 32 appearances across all competitions.
Meanwhile, Kroupi has also made a strong impression at AFC Bournemouth since arriving last summer, netting 11 goals in 29 Premier League matches. The young forward has previously been linked with Manchester United, further highlighting the growing competition for emerging attacking talent.
With several European heavyweights tracking both players, Manchester City’s interest signals the potential for a high-profile transfer battle in the months ahead as clubs look to strengthen their squads.
