South African giants Mamelodi Sundowns have confirmed the departure of winger Thembinkosi Lorch in the current transfer window.
The 32-year-old attacker joined the Brazilian last summer, but was swiftly loaned out to Wydad Casablanca.
After returning to the Brazilians, Lorch struggled to establish himself as a regular, making only 26 appearances, scoring seven goals and delivering four assists across the period.
However, the South African giants have decided to part ways with the forward and is expected to find himself a new club.
Lorch made three appearances for Mamelodi Sundowns at the FIFA Club World Cup, scoring across the period as the South African club suffered group stage elimination.
The 32-year-old has nine appearances for the South African national team, scoring one goal in the process.
Lorch has had stints with several clubs in South Africa including Orlando Pirates, Chippa United and others.
