In the latest snapshot (Image 17), Mamadou Sakho, the former Paris Saint-Germain defender who recently joined Liverpool in England, shared insights on his experiences playing alongside two formidable forwards: Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Luis Suarez. Sakho, who spent six loyal years with PSG, highlighted the exceptional nature of both players in an interview with Le Parisien.
Having had the opportunity to play alongside Zlatan Ibrahimovic during his time at PSG and now sharing the pitch with Luis Suarez at Liverpool, Sakho emphasized that both players belong to a league of their own as extraordinary attackers. He described them as “machines on the pitch,” underlining their innate ability to score goals. Sakho expressed confidence in the scoring prowess of Suarez, currently the top scorer in the Premier League with 19 goals for Liverpool, and acknowledged Ibrahimovic’s ongoing impact on French defenses, exemplified by his recent hat-trick against Brest in the Coupe de France.
