Malian striker El Bilal Touré secures loan move to Beşiktaş from Atalanta

Beşiktaş JK have completed the signing of Malian forward El Bilal Touré on loan from Atalanta Bergamo, with the Turkish club confirming the deal includes a conditional option to buy.
