Mali’s coach, Patrice Carteron, is exploring options to strengthen the national team after finishing third in the Africa Cup of Nations for the second consecutive year. In an interview with the Malian newspaper L’AUBE, Carteron mentioned several young Franco-Malian players who could potentially join the team. The mentioned players include Abdoullah Diaby from Sedan, Djibril Sidibé from Lille, Mana Dembélé from Clairefontaine, Yacouba Sylla, who recently signed for Aston Villa, and Abdou Wahid Sissoko from Brest. Carteron sees these players as significant reinforcements for the team.
