The Malawi Football Federation is set to announce the new Flames head coach after the dismissal of Young Chimodzi last June. After reviewing the candidates, four names have been shortlisted for the position:
Ernest Mtawali – The current interim coach.
Eddingtone Ng’onamo – A well-known figure in Malawian football.
Gilbert Chirwa – Another local coach with experience.
Nsanzurwimo Ramadhan – The fourth candidate in the running.
The interviews for the position will take place on Thursday and Friday, and the Malawi Football Federation will select the new head coach based on the performance of the candidates during these interviews. The final decision will be announced on Saturday.
