Fenerbahçe are being linked with a move for Alanyaspor defensive midfielder Maestro, with the Süper Lig leaders reportedly tracking the Angolan as a potential long-term option in the holding role.

The 22-year-old, valued at €2.50m, is the subject of growing transfer speculation after a rapid rise in Türkiye, with reports in transfer columns suggesting Fenerbahçe are considering testing Alanyaspor’s resolve. The probability attached to the move remains unclear, with the rumour currently listed as “?”, and no agreement in place between the clubs.

Maestro’s contractual situation at Alanyaspor is not publicly disclosed, fuelling suggestions he could either be available for a relatively modest fee or even move towards free-agent status if no extension is agreed. Having only recently joined Alanyaspor from Adana Demirspor, any deal would likely depend on how strongly the Antalya-based club wish to build around him.

Born in Luanda on 4 August 2003, the 1.73m right-footer operates primarily as a defensive midfielder. He has progressed through a varied pathway: from Academia de Futebol de Angola to CF Estrela Amadora in Portugal, then SL Benfica B, before switching to Adana Demirspor in February 2024 and on to Alanyaspor. Across those moves his market value has climbed steadily, passing the €1m mark at Adana Demirspor and reaching €2.50m in March 2025.

Maestro has experience in both Portuguese football and the Turkish Süper Lig, which is likely to appeal to Fenerbahçe as they assess affordable, domestically acclimatised options. His development has been tracked on Transfermarkt, but there are no confirmed figures for previous transfer fees and no indication yet of Alanyaspor’s asking price.

Should a move to Istanbul materialise, it could represent the biggest step of his career so far, offering a larger stage and the chance to enhance his reputation as one of Angola’s emerging midfielders.
