Olympique Lyonnais, facing financial difficulties and eliminated from the Champions League, is reconsidering its transfer market approach. President Jean Michel Aulas is now open to the idea of bringing back former members, including Franco-Beninese player Sidney Govou. Govou, who is 34 years old and has been a free agent since the expiration of his contract at Evian, is being considered for a return to Lyon. However, the possibility is currently described as distant, and Govou is yet to decide on his future. Rémi Garde, Lyon’s coach, mentioned that Govou could train with the CFA if he wishes.
