Following Marseille’s defeat against Rennes in the 30th round of Ligue 1, the club has announced a significant wave of departures. This loss marked their sixth defeat at home this season, a scenario that hasn’t occurred in over nine years.
In response to these departures, Marseille’s management is already preparing for the upcoming transfer window. According to reports from France Football, José Anigo, who has transitioned from sports director to coach following the departure of Elie Baup, is considering signing Cameroonian forward Vincent Aboubakar from Lorient.
Additionally, other players are reportedly on Anigo’s radar, including Clément Chantôme, Paulo Miranda, and Yohan Mollo.
