Liverpool’s interest in Yan Diomande remains unconfirmed
Yan Diomande, the 19-year-old RB Leipzig winger valued above €130m, has confirmed through close sources that Liverpool has not yet made a contract offer.
“Liverpool have not made any offers so far to sign Diomande. There is nothing from Liverpool towards the player,” said the anonymous source.
While several clubs express interest in the talented Ivory Coast international, Diomande remains firmly focused on the upcoming FIFA World Cup with his national team.
He refuses to discuss his future while the tournament is ongoing. “Many clubs are interested in signing him, but he is focused on playing in the World Cup with Ivory Coast, and he refuses to discuss anything related to his future at the moment. Nothing will happen until his participation in the World Cup with his national team is over.”
Liverpool remains interested and has already informed RB Leipzig of their intent. The Reds may use the pre-World Cup window to negotiate a club-to-club agreement, leaving Diomande free to focus on representing Ivory Coast before considering any transfer.
