Salomon Kalou Linked with AS Roma Move Amid Adem Ljajic Exit Talks
Salomon Kalou, the Ivorian international currently attracting interest from the Premier League, could be set for a move to Serie A with AS Roma.
The Italian club is reportedly keen on signing Kalou but faces a hurdle: the need to offload Adem Ljajic before bringing in new players. Ljajic, who arrived from Fiorentina just last year, could be sold if Roma receives an offer of around €20 million.
Kalou’s potential transfer to Roma would reunite him with his former Lille coach and compatriot Gervinho, who currently plays for the club.
If the deal goes through, Kalou will be embarking on his fourth top-flight league, having previously played in the Netherlands, England, and France.
