Libyan international, Mohamed Al-Musrati, currently with Turkish Super Lig side Beşiktaş JK, has emerged as a transfer target for several Saudi Pro League clubs.
The 28-year-old, who joined Beşiktaş in the summer of 2024 from Sporting Braga after a successful loan spell, might soon be on the move again.
Beşiktaş chairman Hüseyin Yücel recently confirmed the interest in Al-Musrati during remarks to TRT Spor, hinting at the possibility of the midfielder leaving the Istanbul-based club during the upcoming winter transfer window.
While the Saudi club pursuing him remains unnamed, discussions appear to be gaining momentum.
Al-Musrati, under contract with Beşiktaş until June 2027, has made 17 appearances this season, contributing one assist over 1,110 minutes of play.
Despite his brief tenure in Turkey, he is already regarded as a valuable asset, with a market valuation of €13 million—making him the most expensive signing in the club’s history.
The move to Saudi Arabia could provide a lucrative opportunity for Al-Musrati, whose versatility and midfield prowess have made him a key figure for both Beşiktaş and the Libyan national team.
However, Beşiktaş would face a significant decision in allowing one of their star players to depart midway through the season.
