English side, Leicester City have heaped praise on Ghana striker Jordan Ayew for his performance in the qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The Black Stars striker featured for his national team in the March international break in games against Chad and Madagascar in the World Cup qualifiers.
Jordan Ayew, 33, started both games, contributing three assists and scoring a goal to ensure Ghana secured big wins in both matches.
Following his contributions, the striker now has five goals and four assists after six appearances for Ghana in the World Cup qualifiers.
Reacting to Jordan Ayew’s recent performances for Ghana in the matches against Chad and Madagascar, Leicester City in a post on X said, “Round of applause for Ayew’s international performance.”

With the international break coming to an end, Jordan Ayew has returned to Leicester City for club football duties.
He is set to prepare with his Leicester City teammates for their next game against Manchester City in the English Premier League on Wednesday, April 2.
