Laurent Agouazi Signs with Greek Club Atromitos for New Season
Algerian international Laurent Agouazi has secured a move to Greek side Atromitos, marking his return to competitive football after a summer in search of a new club.
The 30-year-old midfielder was released by Stade Malherbe Caen during the off-season and had been linked with a move to Sochaux. However, those talks failed to materialize, and Agouazi remained without a club into September.
Greek media now report that Agouazi will join Atromitos, a club competing in the Greek Super League, for the upcoming season.
Agouazi leaves French football after spells with Metz, Istres, and Boulogne, hoping to make an impact in a new league.
