Lassine Sinayoko: Mali forward joins Paris FC from Auxerre in €8m deal

Mali-born forward Lassine Sinayoko has joined Paris FC from AJ Auxerre in an €8m transfer as the capital club strengthen their attack ahead of the new Ligue 1 campaign.

The 26-year-old centre-forward has signed a contract at Paris FC until 30 June 2029, ending a long association with Auxerre, the club where he progressed from youth level to the first team. The move keeps Sinayoko in Ligue 1 and comes at a time when his market value stands at €10m.

Sinayoko arrives in Paris with considerable top-flight experience, having made 99 Ligue 1 appearances for Auxerre, scoring 18 goals and providing 16 assists. He has also featured in Ligue 2, the Coupe de France and promotion play-offs, building a profile as a forward capable of contributing across different competitions.

Born in Bamako and holding both Malian and French nationality, the 1.86m right-footed striker originally stepped up to Auxerre’s senior set-up from their B team in 2019 after coming through the club’s U19 side. He went on to be part of the squad that secured the French second-tier title in 2023-24, earning promotion to Ligue 1.

Paris FC’s decision to commit to a three-year deal underlines their intention to integrate Sinayoko as a central figure in their attacking plans, with the club now confirming his registration ahead of the 2026-27 season.
