Bosnian professional footballer Miralem Pjanic has eulogized Spain international of Ghanaian descent Lamine Yamal, saying he is an extraordinary talent.
Yamal, who has been Barcelona’s main man in recent times has been tipped to attain greater height of his career.
Pjanic had a two year spell with Barcelona and saw Yamal at the club’s youth level.
“As a footballer I don’t think I’m surprised by any player. I like to see Lamine Yamal when he has the ball.
“When I was in Barcelona they were already talking to me about him. They told me he would become a star of the future and they were right. We have to protect him because he has an extraordinary talent.”
Yamal recently won the Best Young Player of the Year award due to his swashbuckling performance for club and country.
