La Viena FC complete free signing of Egypt midfielder Abdallah El Said

Egypt central midfielder Abdallah El Said has joined La Viena FC from El Gouna on a free transfer, completing his move to the Egyptian club on 14 August 2026.

The 25-year-old leaves El Gouna after one season with the Premier League side, having arrived there from Ismaily in July 2025, also on a free transfer. El Said’s switch to La Viena FC marks his third senior club move since stepping up from Ismaily’s Under-21 team.

El Said made 26 appearances across four competitions during the 2025-26 campaign. He played 11 times in the Premier League and featured seven times in the Egyptian League Cup, while also appearing in the relegation play-off and Egypt Cup.

His only goal of the season came in six relegation play-off appearances, and he also registered an assist during two Egypt Cup matches. Across those competitions, he played 1,348 minutes.

A right-footed midfielder, El Said has spent his senior career in Egypt. He moved into Ismaily’s first team from the club’s Under-21 side in July 2023, before leaving for El Gouna two years later.

His move to La Viena FC was completed without a transfer fee. The deal follows a season in which he featured regularly across domestic competitions for El Gouna, including the club’s league campaign and cup matches.

El Said is now a La Viena FC player after completing his free transfer from El Gouna.
