Kylian Mbappe delivered one of the most memorable individual performances in Champions League history, scoring four times to push Real Madrid to a dramatic 4-3 victory over Olympiacos in Piraeus.

The match began with Olympiacos taking a surprise lead through Chiquinho in the 12th minute, but Mbappe quickly turned the tide. He equalized ten minutes later and added two more goals in rapid succession, netting his hat trick within just seven minutes.

The second half saw Olympiacos fight back, with Mehdi Taremi narrowing the gap. Mbappe wasn’t done, restoring Real’s two-goal cushion making it 4-2.

The Greek side battled fiercely, and Ayoub El Kaabi’s late goal made it 4-3, setting up a tense final stretch. Despite injuries and being without half of their regular defence, Xabi Alonso’s Real Madrid held on for their first-ever away win against Olympiacos.

With this result, Real Madrid now stands on 12 points after five games, solidifying a qualifying spot in the competition’s Top 8. Mbappe, now with nine goals, leads the Champions League scoring charts, surpassing Victor Osimhen.
