Kylian Mbappe has been awarded the title of Best French Player for the 2023/24 season after amassing a total of 56 points.
The 25-year-old Real Madrid forward outperformed Arsenal’s William Saliba, who finished in second place with 51 points.
This recognition marks the fourth occasion that Mbappe, born in Paris to a Cameroonian father and an Algerian mother, has claimed this prestigious accolade.
Mbappe’s continued excellence is evident through his remarkable contributions to both Real Madrid and the French national team.
Other players making the top five included AC Milan’s Mike Maignan with 24 points, Real Madrid’s Eduardo Camavinga, who earned 17 points, and Aurelien Tchouameni, also from Real Madrid, with 16 points.
The voting process, organized by France Football, highlighted the talent within French football, as Atletico Madrid’s Antoine Griezmann and Brest’s Pierre Lees-Melou each received 15 points.
This award not only emphasizes Mbappe’s individual prowess but also underscores his influential role in shaping the landscape of French football.
