Kwadwo Baah made a decisive impact off the bench as Watford secured a 1-1 draw with Hull City at the MKM Stadium in the English Championship.
The English-born Ghanaian winger entered the game in the 61st minute, replacing Jeremy Ngakia, and provided the assist for Watford’s equalizer in the 88th minute.
Hull City had taken the lead in the 82nd minute through Chris Bedia, whose strike from the center of the box found the back of the net. However, Watford fought back late, and Baah set up Rocco Vata for a clinical finish into the top corner, ensuring the points were shared.
The result leaves Watford with a record of 3 wins, 4 draws, and 5 losses in the all-time head-to-head against Hull. Baah’s assist brings his tally to two goals and two assists in 17 Championship appearances this season.
Watford now look ahead to their next fixture against West Brom on December 15th, hoping to build on this hard-fought point.
