Konstantinos Lima: Greece-Cape Verde left-back joins Ast. Pastidas on free transfer
Greece-Cape Verde defender Konstantinos Lima has joined Ast. Pastidas on a free transfer from Apol. Kalythies, signing a deal until 30 June 2027.
The 32-year-old left-back, born in Atsiki and standing at 1.82m, moves across the Dodecanese after just one season with Apol. Kalythies, where he arrived in 2024, also as a free agent. His switch continues a long career in Greek football, in which he has built a reputation as an experienced option down the left side of defence.
Lima, a left-footed specialist, has featured in the Greek Football League and briefly in the top-flight Super League 1 earlier in his career. Across national competitions, he has made over 25 appearances in league and cup, including outings in the Greek Cup where he has contributed goals and an assist from defence.
Before his spell at Apol. Kalythies, Lima had short stints with Rodos and Episkopi, again changing clubs without transfer fees involved. Earlier moves included periods with Panionios and Paniliakos, as well as time at AE Lefkimmi and Eolikos, underlining his familiarity with different levels of the domestic pyramid.
Having progressed from youth to senior football at AEL Kalloni, Lima’s career has largely been spent in regional and national competitions in Greece, and he now adds Ast. Pastidas to a long list of clubs on his CV.
The defender’s move from Apol. Kalythies to Ast. Pastidas is confirmed as a free transfer, with his contract set to run through the 2026-27 season.
