Koffi Holete joins Amal Tiznit as Togo defender makes Morocco move
Togo centre-back Koffi Holete has joined Morocco’s Amal Tiznit from ASC Kara, completing a move that takes the 23-year-old defender into the Botola Pro Inwi.
Holete’s transfer was completed on 17 August 2026, with Amal Tiznit securing the services of a player whose primary position is at the heart of the defence. The move brings the Togolese player into Moroccan football after his time with ASC Kara, a club from his home country.
Amal Tiznit compete in the Botola Pro Inwi, Morocco’s top-flight competition, giving Holete a new domestic setting and a change of league following his spell in Togo. His arrival adds a centre-back to the squad as the club continues its preparations for competition in Morocco.
The transfer also represents a significant geographical change for Holete, who moves from Togo to Morocco at the age of 23. He will now continue his career with Amal Tiznit, where his defensive role is the clearest indication of the position he is expected to occupy.
Holete’s move follows his time at ASC Kara, one of the established clubs in Togolese football. He leaves that side to begin the next stage of his career in Morocco, with the switch confirmed during the August transfer period.
The defender’s nationality and position make the signing a notable cross-border move between two countries in African football. For Holete, the completed transfer provides an opportunity to play for a Moroccan club in the Botola Pro Inwi after featuring for ASC Kara in Togo.
Amal Tiznit have now added Holete to their squad, and the Togolese centre-back will continue his career in Morocco.
