Khemisset add Morocco winger Karim El Achqer after RCA Reserve exit

Morocco winger Karim El Achqer has joined Khemisset on a free transfer from RCA Reserve, completing his move to the club on 21 August 2026.

The 22-year-old, who plays on the right wing, leaves the Raja Club Athletic reserve side after three years in its senior setup. El Achqer joined RCA Reserve from Raja Cas. Under-19s in July 2023 and has now begun a new chapter with Khemisset.

El Achqer spent part of the 2025-26 season on loan at Beni Mellal before returning to RCA Reserve at the end of June. His move to Khemisset follows that spell and represents his latest change of club since progressing from Raja’s youth ranks.

The Casablanca-born player has recorded appearances in four competitions: the Excellence Cup, Botola Pro Inwi, the Coupe du Trone Marocaine and the CAF Champions League. Across those matches, he has accumulated 308 minutes of senior football.

His longest involvement came in the Excellence Cup, where he played 284 minutes across five appearances. He also featured twice in Botola Pro Inwi, as well as once in the Moroccan cup competition and once in the CAF Champions League.

El Achqer was part of the Raja Club Athletic setup during the 2023-24 campaign, when the club won the Moroccan championship. That remains the principal honour recorded in his career.

A right-footed attacker, he stands 1.75 metres tall and will provide Khemisset with a winger who has experience of Moroccan domestic competition and a brief appearance record in continental football.

The transfer leaves El Achqer without a reported fee attached, with the move from RCA Reserve recorded as a free transfer. Khemisset are his third senior club after Raja’s reserve side and Beni Mellal, where he spent his most recent loan spell.

His arrival was registered on 21 August 2026, with the Moroccan winger now officially a Khemisset player.
