Kenya international Victor Wanyama is inclined towards experiencing a new environment after several year spell in England.
Wanyama played for over six years in England, beginning his spell with Southampton. He became the first Kenyan to feature in the English Premier League, joining in 2013 from Scottish Celtic.
In 2016, he joined the Tottenham Hotspur team under the leadership of Mauricio Pochettino and continued with Tottenham Hotspur until 2020 when he left for MLS side CF Montreal.
The 33-year-old is currently without a club after ending his spell with MLS outfit CF Montreal at the beginning of January.
With clubs battling for his services, Wanyama says he is more inclined toward experiencing a new environment after several year spell in England.
“At the moment, I am just waiting to see what will happen. I am looking at all the offers that are on my table and then I will decide what is best for me”
“I have received several offers from Europe, Asia and Australia, but at the moment there hasn’t been anything decided yet, but yes, I will still be playing football and I am actively looking at everything on offer”
“Remaining in England might be one of the options, but I am more inclined towards experiencing a new environment as I have played in England for a while”
