Kelian Semedo joins OCPAM 08 on free transfer from AS Beauvais B

French-Cape Verdean winger Kelian Semedo has joined OCPAM 08 from AS Beauvais B on a free transfer.

The 20-year-old completed the move on 10 August 2026, switching clubs within France as OCPAM 08 prepare for their National 2 Group E campaign.

Semedo plays primarily on the right wing and is right-footed. Born in Saint-Denis, he holds French and Cape Verdean nationality and moves to OCPAM 08 after his spell with AS Beauvais B.

The transfer takes Semedo into a new club competing in France’s fourth tier, with OCPAM 08 becoming the latest side to add the attacking player to their squad.

Semedo’s arrival represents a change of club rather than a loan move, with the winger leaving AS Beauvais B without a transfer fee being paid. He has now been registered as an OCPAM 08 player following the completed switch.
