Katlego Otladisa returns to Marumo Gallants on free transfer
South African attacker Katlego Otladisa has sealed a move back to Marumo Gallants on a free transfer.
The former Orlando Pirates winger has signed for the club and will be aiming to play a key role for the side in the 2025/26 football season.
The 28-year-old, who previously starred for Gallants before their relegation in 2023, has signed a two-year deal as he looks to revive his career and play a key role under new head coach Alexandre Lafite.
Otladisa was one of Gallants’ standout performers during their memorable run to the CAF Confederation Cup semi-finals, a campaign that saw several players secure big moves.
He later joined Orlando Pirates but struggled for game time, making just 12 appearances before a loan spell at Sekhukhune United, where he contributed two goals and an assist in 11 matches.
Despite being linked with Durban City, Gallants moved quickly to secure his signature, adding depth and experience to their attack.
The club currently sits ninth in the South African top-flight with nine points from seven games.
