Karim Adeyemi set for Dortmund departure next summer

German forward of Nigerian descent, Karim Adeyemi will reportedly leave Borussia Dortmund in the next summer transfer window.

The forward came close to leaving the Bundesliga giants in the January transfer window but a potential deal to SSC Napoli fell through.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Juventus are in a pole position to secure the services of Karim Adeyemi at the end of the 2024/25 football season.

“Adeyemi was a deal between the two clubs, but the player did not want to move. As soon as the deal with Napoli fell through, Juventus reacted immediately. Adeyemi changed agents and Juve contacted him for June,” Romano is quoted as saying by tuttojuve.com.

Karim Adeyemi, blessed with a lot of pace and abundant talent has been a top performer for Borussia Dortmund since signing from Red Bull Salzburg.

Although his form has dipped as a result of an injury this season, he is expected to court a lot of attention in the next transfer window.
