Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi has urged his players to improve following defeat to Cape Town City in the South African top-flight.
The Kaiser cheese did not start the New Year as expected after succumbing to a 1-0 defeat to their opponent on Sunday.
Darwin Gonzalez’s strike in the 51st minute was enough for the host to snatch maximum points over Kaizer Chiefs.
And speaking after the game, the Tunisian coach expressed his team can perform better.
“I feel that we made the same mistakes, especially in the first half we didn’t improve, and we didn’t have luck many times in the last third of the field, unfortunately the opponent got a counterattack and scored the goal, and I feel that the decision-making knowledge in the last third was lacking in our team” he said.
The coach pointed out that if the team’s striker is not on his day, everyone should apply and work to be on his day so that the team can score.
