Promising talent Augusto Seedorf Owusu is set to sign a new long-term contract with Juventus, which will see a significant increase in his salary.
The 19-year-old midfielder, born in Italy to Ghanaian parents, has showcased impressive potential since joining Juventus at the age of seven. After a successful loan spell at Reggiana, Owusu was promoted to the Juventus Next Gen squad for the 2024/25 season.
Reports suggest that the highly-rated young player has agreed to a five-year deal, extending his stay with the Old Lady until 2029.
Currently making waves with the Juventus Next Gen, Owusu is expected to play a key role in the upcoming 2024/25 Serie C campaign. He has made 12 league appearances this season, further establishing himself as a player to watch.
In addition to his success at the youth level, Owusu has recently been called up to the senior team by manager Thiago Motta, and he featured on the bench for Juventus in their recent Serie A matches against Lecce and Bologna.
With his Ghanaian heritage, Owusu remains eligible to represent the Black Stars at the international level.
