Juventus have paid a fee to PSG to ensure France forward of DR Congo descent, Randal Kolo Muani, will play for the side during the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.
The 26-year-old joined the Italian giants on a loan deal from PSG in January, which was set to expire at the end of the season.
However, the deal does not include participation in the inaugural Club World Cup set to begin later this week.
Ahead of the tournament, Juventus have confirmed that the 26-year-old will be part of their squad for the tournament in the United States.
To make that possible, the Serie A club has paid an undisclosed fee to PSG to retain Kolo Muani’s services for the duration of the competition.
The former FC Nantes and Eintracht Frankfurt striker has expressed interest in continuing his stay in Turin.
Speaking while on international duty, Kolo Muani said he would welcome a permanent move. Juventus’ newly appointed CEO, Damien Comolli, has also voiced his intention to keep the French forward beyond the tournament.
Juventus will continue to work on a permanent deal for the striker during the Club World Cup.
